2024 Pool and clubhouse forms are live and available under the pool fob tab if you are logged into this account. All fobs will be shut off until new forms are filled out. We also have a new pool company starting this year. We are hoping to have a smooth start to pool season in May! New fob or reactivation forms are located in the tab. If you are new to the neighborhood, please register for a summerwind hoa express account (this is different than the CAMS portal for owners only). 

    Please note if you are a renter trying to register for the site or gain access to the amenities, you will need to have a copy of your current lease on file. You can email this to [email protected]

Without this your access to the website and to the amenities may be deny and/or revoked. The property may also incur fines as a result.
