Committees
All committees work under the direction of the Board. Any committee recommendations and changes to the Rules & Regulations must first receive majority approval by the Board. Disaster Preparedness Committee
Chairperson: OPEN
The Disaster Preparedness Committee was formed to create a disaster preparedness plan, inform residents of how to plan for a catastrophic event and identify areas of opportunity.
Safety, Parking & Grounds Committee
Chairperson: OPEN
The Safety, Parking & Grounds Committee is responsible for all matters covering resident and visitor safety, vehicular issues, the common grounds, landscaping and all environmental issues.
Social Committee
Chairperson: OPEN
The Social Committee plans and holds non-secular, non-race related social events designed to bring residents closer.
Neighborhood Watch Committee
Chairperson: Sharon Drobka
The Neighborhood Watch Committee seeks to assist residents in making our complex a safer place to live through awareness, education and preparation. The committee works in close contact with the Torrance Police Department.

This web site is intended to provide a plethora of information quickly and readily to all residents. The web site will also act as another communication vehicle for the Board, all Committees and all residents to communicate matters of interest.
